I am currently interviewing with The Walt Disney Company for a Sr. Manager position and I am now in my second round for a phone interview with a Director. My first phone interview was with a Disney recruiter and it was more of just a general conversation talking about random topics versus finding out about my background, skills or experience and yet, I was moved into the second round of interviews.
I've been prepping for my phone interview with the Director and I want to make sure I am ready for any questions they may ask. I've also looked at websites such as Glassdoor for interviewing tips with this company. Can anyone share any insight into the interviewing process for The Walt Disney company in California?
