I work at a place that has some pretty textbook issues with men demeaning/undermining/ignoring women in the workplace. My bosses are responsive when I report it, but they're very passive about trying to resolve the problem in a long term way. They assume that if no one is actively reporting an issue, then it must have stopped. It creates a burden on the women to come forward again and again, using our time with bosses to recount mistreatment, rather than talking about ideas. I feel like this has a longterm negative effect, and reporting fatigue is real for both bosses and employees. Should I keep trying or just call it and leave?
