Fatigue

I have constant fatigue. I have tried taking vitamins still same.

I agree, go get your thyroid checked out and also look into adaptogenic herbs such as rhodiola (my fave), ginseng, and maca. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis and rely on these herbs to get me through times of fatigue. I just use the powder extracts I got from a local apothecary (cheaper route) although you can find them online and also in capsule form. I just sprinkle the powders in my coffee with a little cream and it totally helps my brain fog and fatigue! It is important to go to your doctor though and maybe consider a naturopath. They will help you find the causes of your fatigue rather than throw you some medicine that just puts a bandaid on the symptoms.

May I ask how old you are? If you are in your late 30s to 40s you could be experiencing perimenopause. Constant fatigue is one of the symptoms. It is manageable and it ends.

Have your Thyroid checked. I remember being barely able to get through a day and make it home i was so tired i felt I was walking in quicksand. Had my thyroid checked and it completley turned my life around. Good luck to you!\
