3 Months unemployed - Project Manager

Feb 11th will be 3 months unemployed for me. I am trying to stay positive but I have had 2 different jobs get to 3rd and 4th rounds only for them to pick another candidate. I am frustrated and frankly tired of applying. Any words of encouragement or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There The hardest part of being unemployed is when it will end. Don't give up. There are so many reasons they select another candidate that has nothing to do with you. Control what you can. Have a good cry, scream or whatever works to vent your frustration and then get back into it. You'll find the right place soon.

All I can say is do not let it make you feel inferior! An employer may be looking for similar skills but one person may have something you may lack while you may have something others lack. The right one will see what you offer. Remind yourself that you are worth a good salary and if it would help, play around with your resume a bit. Ask around for people to connect you. I know a lot people that got jobs by who they know. Give yourself a break for a few days then get back at it hard! Also, 4 rounds of interviews is nuts! Hope that helps! Good luck!
