I got fired...

Question

Yesterday.. from a job I had for a mere 9 months with no real explanation other than I didn't meet their needs. I barely walked in the door and I was handed the termination letter and a 'nothing personal' comment. I pretty sure it was 110% personal. So now... I'd like to find a unique position where I cam apply 15 years+ customer service/ sales / admin experience in some setting other than an office with catty, petty, control freak women. Any advice?

Take this as a great opportunity to enjoy the holidays and start fresh after the new year. I suggest you work with a temp agency. They typically focus on admin/customer service positions. Once they find you a position you can “try” them out by working there and if you don’t feel it’s a good fit, you can call the agency and they will place you with another opportunity.
