Often, we are so consumed by the daily grind that it can be hard to distance ourself from our work and think about whether we're really in touch with our career goals. I have a lot of friends who, this year, tried to take a step back and think about why they were in the job they're in and whether it's really what they want. But doing this work is easier said than done. I'm curious to hear from you all: do you ever take a step back to think about your job, career growth, and what you really want to be getting out of your career? If so, how do you do this — and how do you make changes if you realize you aren't on the path that's best for you?
