I got a new job!

I joined FGB in May after seeking advice for quitting my job and leaving a toxic workplace. I found incredible inspiration and community here and happily stayed and learned from so many women. Last week, I started a new position as an Operations Coordinator for a job and leadership program. I'm really excited about the position and the ability to advance in my career. To anyone and everyone who offered encouragement -- THANK YOU! To anyone searching for a job -- DON'T LOSE HOPE. I know that can be hard to hear (I definitely rolled my eyes at post like this on LinkedIn lol), but I'm serious. 4 months from the day I quit to job offer. It feels so great to be back as a working woman. And to have an excuse to buy new clothes ;)
