What are your company's challenges with regretted/preventable attrition?
I'm a career coach for analytically minded people (www.alifeofoptions.com) and I'm designing a 6-week employee retention program that I'm looking to pilot at 3 companies in the bay area. I've noticed that employees often leave companies when they have no idea what they want and my program gets people clear about what they're looking for and often helps them find great roles internally (or re-engage with their existing role).
