I don’t have a wheat allergy or celiac disease. I just wanted to be healthier so I gave this dietary switch a try. I felt great until the negative effects weighed in. Full disclosure, I ended up being constipated. I filled my stomach up with rice and quinoa pasta instead of leaning on other naturally gluten-free sources. There are so many ways to not run into this problem, feel amazing and start thinking more clearly. I’m not evangelizing to not try this diet but you can seriously do this wrong (and actually gain weight like I did), if you don’t do your research.
