There are two managers at my office who are always at odds. It makes for some pretty awkward/stressful situations. Even though I'm not sure their poor relationship directly impacts productivity, I can certainly say it makes the culture / environment at my office quite unpleasant a lot of the time. But I don't feel comfortable comforting either (or both) of them since they both work above me. Any ideas for how I can approach this? Or should I just think about moving on if the environment feels toxic?
