Any C-suite or board members of publicly-traded companies here?

My company is preparing for the challenge of going on the OTCQB. As I've researched and networked these past few months, it's been shockingly difficult to find female leaders of publicly-traded companies, whether in the C-suite or serving on the board. My inability here could be due to the fact that I don't live in NYC or Chicago, though. Are there any people here who are involved with publicly-traded companies? Or suggestions for finding such?

I live in NYC and have tried to find these people too...it's tough! I thought it would be rather easy...as if there was some directory I just needed to google. Nope...or at least not one I can find. I started going to each company's website and looking up the board members and leadership team. That's not exactly speedy...so after a few, I gave up. If you find something better - would you ping me? I'll do the same.

I'll absolutely let you know if I find a way to do this, Michelle. Two things so far have been helpful, but they're one-offs: 1. I have a paid consultant who regularly advises business owners through the journey of going onto the OTC. He's been doing this since 1999 and is full of useful info. 2. I called a friend who is a Vice President at a local bank. She turned me toward the President of the bank, since they trade on the OTCQX. He, in turn, led me to a woman at the OTC itself. She and I spoke yesterday and it was really helpful. She gave valuable insight and thoughts to consider. She didn't, though, have any advice in how to talk with CFOs or corporate secretaries. So, now I have information about the OTCQB and what they expect my company to do, but I'm still seeking information from others whose companies are meeting those requirements. The latter, of course, would be helpful so I can gauge costs (both money and staff time) and make sure I'm confident in being able to prepare the company to easily meet those. Anyway, will let you know if I find out anything else and will hold a hope that you find ways as well. Thanks for replying!
