Nails

My nails aren’t brittle but they don’t grow passed a certain point, but I know they can because they’ve grown before. But I want to do my nails in the salon, like gel manicure, extensions, but I don’t know which does less harm to my nails and preserves them best. Any suggestions, or tips for nail growth?

I recently had a dip powder manicure that is supposedly better for your nails compared to normal gel/extensions. I haven't had it removed yet so I'm not sure how my nails are doing but I've heard good things!

Do you know that most of your body is made of collagen? Hair nails, muscles, bones? You can buy powdered organic collagen in jars at a health food store. One scoop in your coffee every morning and within a week you will see the beginning of strong beautiful nails.

I was taking vita fusion, hair skin and nails, but I may have to try the collagen powder. I know exactly which powder I can try.

Just don't put your hands in dishwater. That will break them,

Really? My supervisor recommended the same but I was a bit suspicious of it lol. Are you in NYC? If so which salon do you go to?

Two coworkers recommended it to me! I got them done when I was visiting my sister in AZ so haven't had them done in NYC yet.
