I'm looking for suggestions for best Project Management certification?

I'm wanting to get a Project Manager Certification and would love suggestions for on-line learning programs that you have found helpful and which ones to avoid. I already have 3 degrees that I am paying hefty student loans for so would rather do a free or low cost options. Also PMs if there is anything that helps you rock a PM job interview let us know! Thanks for your feed-back!

I'm currently rolling through two different online courses: PMPrepcast (about $300, and I like it) and Skillsoft through SDSU (about $1000, and I don't like it as much), If you're doing online - I'd suggest several free trials to make sure you're comfortable with the presenter and techniques. I also checked out BrainSensei and stumbled onto The Crowd Training after I'd already purchased PMPrepcast. Almost every program has at least a free trial, or a few modules on YouTube. Online study is independent study, and there's no diversion (except my wandering brain). Same voice, same graphics, same cheesy background music. It was fine for the first 5 or 6 hours but.... Also, I've been doing project work for almost 20 years and the PMBOK Guide covers a huge amount of information I've never experienced. I have a LOT more work to do before I sit for the test.
