I've been keto on-and-off for a while but have been doing it the past two months. I actually do feel better and it has been surprising to see how much will power I have around french fries (my weakness!). Is anyone else on this? Have any good recipes to share?
If not keto, what has worked well for you in terms of "diet"? I say this term loosely as I will definitely indulge once in a while, especially for special occasions like weddings, birthday parties, etc.
