COMMITMENT! Which I chose because I'm trying a few new things this year, and I want to stay the course with them rather than be seduced by shiny-object-syndrome or get discouraged when gratification isn't instant!

Self -> I have habitually been about care and support of others; often over extending myself. I always get it all done, which has fed the monster. However, as I see that this has now become an expectation, that people no longer consider my needs, and I have felt trampled, it is now about honoring that I too need things (personally and professionally). Already this year I have stumbled, but want to recommit to myself so I can be the best mother, wife, friend, employee, and all the other hats I wear without draining my own person to make it happen.
