Since wooworth's closed their variety stores in 97 (yes they have Kinney shoes and footlocker) I don't know you'll get a job with them.
Also did you work for Cole Haan or Kohl's?
I definitely don't put spelling mistakes as the main reason for rejecting a candidate, however I do want someone who can spell the name of their employer of 18 years.

Make sure your resume includes only experience aligned with the job you're applying for. If you're looking to be an inventory stock clerk, include that. Don't put that you managed 125 employees across 3 locations and renegotiated a million dollars of supplier contracts.
The employer wants to know that you'll stick around for at least a year or more without jumping ship, and they won't have to rehire and retrain over and over.
They also are keen on experience in high-volume and loud environments. Frequent problem-solving, quick thinking on your feet, solve customer issue/ make customer happy, and move on quickly to the next item. Constant interruptions and people demanding items, complaints, and issues to solve.
Retail/ Woolworths is tough, you have to show you have the guts to stick it out with tough customers, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty again doing any and all tasks. The hiring mangers may read your resume and think you're too far from the "action" and too high up the ladder to be engaged and stick it out at a clerical level.
Show them you can do it, you've done it, and you'd stay there if given the opportunity again.
