Top 3 Interview Questions: Grit, Resilience, Integrity
Hi! I have had the experience of interviewing and hiring many individuals for high performance six-figure sales roles. My three main items recently I try and look for is Grit, Resilience and Integrity. While never truly knowing how the individual will work out until in the role itself, majority have been extremely successful, however there have been a couple that don't quite make it. I am constantly looking to evolve my interview process; and while I know this is also up to the individual, I am curious as to what are the top three questions that help you when interviewing to identify "Grit, resilience and integrity?" Or, are there other key qualities that you look for and what are some of the questions you use for those? Thank you for all your help! Amy
