There have been several times I have come across a job where the open job title is the same as someone who is currently employed there, in that very position. This leaves me wondering why they are posting for this job when its already filled (bad fit, fickle leadership, etc). Typically when I see this happen the person has been with the company 1 year or less.
Does this bother anyone else? If you make it to the interviewing phase, how do you address it (if at all)?
