I don’t miss the long commutes into the “city” plus I also save on commuting time and have more time in the morning to think, drink coffee, talk a walk, etc.

I do a 2 in/3 at home hybrid right now and really enjoy it. It feels like the perfect balance for me. I did full remote during Covid and hated it, but I think that had a lot to do with *never* being able to leave the house and the general stress and isolation of that point in history. I'd be willing to try full remote again now that things have normalized.

I prefer hybrid, as for me, it is good to get away from my house as during Covid I felt trapped being stuck at home. It is also good to see people, there is a true difference in working with a team on zoom and in person. I do like the flexibility as living in New England the weather is a factor and it is good to just walk to the home office and not worry about driving in the bad weather.
