I'm two months into a new job, and I'm curious if anyone has a 'checklist' to help determine if it's a good fit.
Great people, best of intentions but my role doesn't fit the JD, zero collaboration among my peers, nor feedback, and a ready-fire-aim approach. I'm also fighting an uphill battle with team PTSD that my predecessor left behind. I joined the company for its potential but I'm impacted by issues that I have neither the leadership support nor authority to address. What would you consider?
