I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

i left a 6 figure position very close to home due to a horrific CEO (who joined the company after I had been there 2.5 years) and the underling that "SAid CEO" assigned to manage my department. Both were so utterly ill qualified that it was horrendous. After 4 months of soul searching, I couldn't work there any longer. Glad I left. I took an 80K pay cut to start over but at least my values were aligned. Good luck! it's a super personal decision to tolerate, or not...

Yes, and if you have a conversation with your manager and cannot resolve it first then it is time to move around. Try talking to them first about gaining their trust using examples of why they hired you to do the job in the first place. Set ground rules with them around what you need your hand held for and where you need the freedom to move to be motivated and inspired, if that doesn't do it then, yes time to go.
