Great advice below! Depending how interested you're in this company, I would investigate their annual report which should tell you about the company revenue performance, additionally, you should see info about employee culture, attrition and tenure. If you're feeling extra bold, you can also search on LinkedIn (google can tell you how) to see how many people have left a company. And, it might be worth reaching out to past employees in the role you're looking into to see what insight they may have (this is bold but hey, it might help!).
I'd say take public employee reviews with a grain of salt but do not ignore patterns/keywords you see come up.
Another underrated place to look...customer/member reviews. Places like trustpilot or a company's social media pages can provide a lot of intel in how a company's customers view the company's business operations and customer experience.
