Error on Test at Interview

To begin, I know I don't interview or test very well. I do get nervous. I had an interview yesterday that ended with a one-page written test that was very easy for someone in my field. However, due to nerves, I changed an answer from the correct one to an incorrect one on the test. Is there something I can add to my thank-you e-mail to mitigate my error?

I am sorry to read your nerves got the best of you. I would suggest you look into exercises to help with "test anxiety" it is a thing. Weather it is this test, or the next, not addressing the anxiety will cause you to repeat the behavior. Use this experience as a trigger to find ways or techniques to calm you in stressful situations.

This is a very common problem and I think you can write a carefully framed email that acknowledges your stress and the mistake. If the job isn't one where you are working in an extremely stressful environment then this really won't be relevant for your day to day performance.

There's no harm in trying, but part of the point of those tests is that they are looking at how you perform under pressure as well as the correct answer. I'm not sure that it helps to indicate that you second-guessed yourself.
