Our entire office went home on March 13th, and we currently have only two employees in the office at any regular intervals. My boss (who is out on leave) was not a fan of remote work. Before the pandemic, we had two employees in my department of 14 who were allowed to work from home. One worked two days a week at home, the other only one. Fast forward, we are all working from home, and the work is getting done. People seem to be doing amazingly well. I recently read "Remote: Office Not Required," but I am looking for suggestions for other books, online forums, or courses that would help me be a more capable remote leader. Even after the pandemic, I see more of us working remotely, and I would like to do everything I can now to be better.
