Salary ranges for Google

I’m wondering if someone could help me? Potentially I will receive an offer from Google soon. I work in Program Management, Technology Risk & Compliance. Its been difficult to find a few salary ranges that I could expect. Does anyone here have insight into the pay band for a Level 6 or Level 7 or any advice at all? Thank you so much for the time!

Congratulations on your job offer with Google. Remember that salary is only one piece of the total compensation. There are negotiable items sign in bonus, more vacation, stock options, professional organization just to name a few. I would explore Glassdoor yo look at benefits and google salary ranges you want to be fairly compensated for your years of experience and skills

Congratulations. Have you checked salary dot com?, they are pretty good on giving a range based on city and quality of life in that specific city. Good Luck!!

Congratulations! If you haven’t poked around Glassdoor then I would recommend doing so. I find the salaries to be accurate there.

First of all -- CONGRATULATIONS on the pending offer! Way to go! Salary ranges can be tricky because some companies have a scale that factors in cost of living by geography, certifications and such in addition to experience. So it can fluctuate. Google is a global employer, so it's likely the ranges will be affected by location. Have you researched average salary ranges for the position? That can give you a general range to see how your expectation fares within the range. That being said - you can always try negotiation if the offer doesn't meet your expectation. Also - if the dollar figure isn't in line with expectation - ask about the benefits that come with the position. Often you can find satisfaction there in benefits such as a 401k match (money in the bank!), education reimbursement and such. Congratulations again! I hope you love your new role!!
