I'm currently in the job market and also considering my future family decisions. I've been assuming that contract-roles don't come along with paid parental leave benefits but now I'm wondering. Is that true? Do you have experience with contract roles and whether or not they have parental leave?
I know often these roles are slated for "6 months" but the company might hire you afterwards... how would parental leave work then?
