I submitted the resume again with the correct resume should I email them and let them know ? Guess I should kiss this role bye bye lol after this mistake !
I’m curious if others experience noisy co workers even management asking why you called out. And what do you say? I’m personally starting to find it annoying. Does anyone else find it annoying and what do you say?

I am so tired of the rejection and tomorrow's interview seems like such a great position. I am trying hard to stay confident but it is not easy, since I have been rejected for so many roles.
Part of me wants to celebrate and jump up and down, and then the other part of me is cautiously optimistic. The offer is contingent upon a successful background check. I have a misdemeanor back in 2009 when I was young and stupid. This misdemeanor has nothing to do with banking, theft, …

I have heard of 'constructive dismissal'. This is where the company sets up situations where there is a change in responsibilities, beware the last line in your contract where it states "assigned responsibilities as required." This is open ended and can push the employee over the edge. There could be a change in hours or even coverage. If this happens, begin to document the changes and if you can, compare yourself to others in the same situation. If there is a difference you may have the opportunity to bring them to court. But I agree with another person who said it may be a blessing in disguise - you wouldn't want to be where you are not wanted.

Although it is hard to face at the time, it can be a real blessing. That way you don't spend years at a place that will never appreciate you.
Just keep going. After one of these experiences, I ended up doubling my salary in three years. Would never have happened in the place where I was being set up for failure. There I was hired for one position which was radically changed after three months and I received totally inadequate training for my new responsibilities. (This was also attested to by the interviewer for unemployment, as her husband had a similar job). Before me the person in my position lasted four months, after me, the person lasted six months. I lasted almost a year and was terminated three days before my options vested. Would never have hung on so long, but I was new to my vocation and wanted the job title that I had to put on my resume for the next job.
It worked, and I had a couple of great experiences with very collaborative workgroups at a couple of companies after that, doubling my salary in the process. So getting terminated for me was a winning situation! Who would have thought it?!
