I manage a small(ish) development team, but we are all spread out across four countries and a few states. Last year, everyone was in N. America so it was easy enough to do Amazon gift cards, but I am unsure how that works in Spain and the UK.
Anyone running into the same considerations that may have some ideas they'd be willing to share? Budget is 20-25 per person (my personal funds).
TIA!
Really good question! I'm anxious to see what others suggest.
I'd think it's worth investigating the Amazon option.
Good luck & happy holidays!

How many people are you trying to engage, and what are their roles? Lots of folks want to remind their clients, colleagues why they ROCK and share my 90-day success planners ($20 and free shipping on Amazon, or I have a stash of some to send as "signed by the author" with a personal note)...and we could do a live workshop for them.
For example, my Vision board workshops are a fun way to share an experience, and they have your support and wishes for a brighter new year.
Regardless of who helps you, think "outside the box" as we don't really need more "junk" or wine or clutter...but gifts with engagement and meaning through fun interaction will create MEMORIES!!! LMK if you have questions, this is always such fun to plan... don't want to sound sales pitchy here but time is of the essence and these are easy, turnkey ways to check these special folks off your list with something they'll thank you for years!

We're in a similar spot with a globally remote team and considering just doing prepaid Visa cards since they should be usable most places. I know Amazon has a UK office, but some team members aren't super keen on supporting Amazon, so we're looking for a better option. We also found a site where you can give value that can be redeemed for any gift card you want. Only down side to this one, is that it might not have great international merchant options: https://www.icardgiftcard.com/about/howitworks.aspx

Thanks, all! I found a 'you're on mute' mug on Etsy with a shop that ships internationally, so that's a top contender right now.
Pat, I already have given everyone on my team a Best planner, but a great idea.
Happy Holidays!

I know I'm late to get this comment in, but I utilize Redbubble.com to create branded product that my employees can choose from. They've got everything from coffee mugs and water bottles to aprons, journals, socks, face masks, and even clothing. I design textiles and use Redbubble.com as a wholesaler for a side hustle and love the company's ethos. Anyway, you could plan for next year to have branded swag or just give your employees gift certificates to Redbubble so they could choose their own products...(I found several "you're on mute" options here: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/?query=you%27re%20on%20mute&ref=search_box) FWIW...
