Have you ever accidentally applied for a job with your work email?
It can't just be me, right? I applied for a job in a browser where I was logged in under my personal email. My resume has my correct email. I know my email because it's literally my name (I bought my own domain ) but I somehow typed in my work email.
Clearly I should have taken a break before transitioning to job searching.
Please tell me I'm not the only person to do something this dumb.

I sent my draft resume to a job posting by accident
I submitted the resume again with the correct resume should I email them and let them know ? Guess I should kiss this role bye bye lol after this mistake !

I got a job offer from a large financial institution!

You are not dumb. Probably stressed for the same reasons you are applying for the job in the first place. It’s certainly not the end of the world. You can laugh when your current job is behind you.

you certainly are not. Do look to see if you can re-send a revised application. If you are applying to a bigger company check the ATS that they use and look for how to do this using google or their help page at the ATS company. Then there is no fear of this bouncing back to your companies email address. Mistakes happen...but I usually advise never to use the same browser for work as you do for non-work so that this never happens.
