You are not dumb. Probably stressed for the same reasons you are applying for the job in the first place. It’s certainly not the end of the world. You can laugh when your current job is behind you.

you certainly are not. Do look to see if you can re-send a revised application. If you are applying to a bigger company check the ATS that they use and look for how to do this using google or their help page at the ATS company. Then there is no fear of this bouncing back to your companies email address. Mistakes happen...but I usually advise never to use the same browser for work as you do for non-work so that this never happens.
