I just recently joined an all-remote firm, spread across the country.
My job is in HR. I was asked to make HR "fun". I'm not really sure what that means. I'm guessing they want activities and other things to keep the employees connected and enjoying something other than work all of the time. Does anyone have any ideas they can share that their employers are doing? We are remote and across multiple time zones so we can't have "parties" together. I actually miss being in an office setting, to be honest.
