Soul searching all begins when we start to analyze the things or people that we are drawn to, and then we being to understand why we are drawn to certain things. Take a look at how connecting to an ArchAngel can give us information on the essence of our soul; https://snipfeed.co/bundles/QnVuZGxlOjYxMGYzNTM3NzIyOTg2MDAyMzJhZDdjYw== Blessings.

Consider researching "Twin Flames" & "Twin Souls" ... Wish you all the best, Maria. Also, Dr. Chopra has a fantastic 21 day meditation series that's free.

Hi Maria - such a powerful question during this time of such change all around the world. If you did have an idea of where to start, what would it be?

When considering what you want to do, I encourage people to think about things on two different levels: 1) what do you want to accomplish/how do you want to contribute? and 2) what do you want your daily life to look like? There are a lot of people who have good answers for #1, but aren't comfortable with the lifestyle that goes along with the goals. You have to consider both in the same conversation. Look at one, look at the other, and be honest with yourself. Are you at a stage of life where you want something all consuming? Or a stage where you want to build your job around some outside-work time? This can be family and kids, or it could just be a lifestyle choice that you want to be outdoors everyday and able to enjoy nature and hiking, or train for a marathon. Make separate columns to look at the fulfillment you get from the job itself, and the satisfaction you would get from the lifestyle that accompanies it. Eliminate all jobs that don't work for you in either category. The other thing you have to do is generate more ideas. Striking out every option that doesn't work in one column or the other may leave you with nothing -- generate more ideas. Give yourself permission to put down some ideas that seem far-fetched, whether it's teaching English abroad for a year or starting a store that teaches quilting to kids. No one has to see your worksheet but you, so feel free to be wild. You'll only get insight into yourself by being willing to be open with yourself about your interests.

First get rid of the noise like tv and music then get find a place of peace to allow yourself to let your mind to be free. Myself, driving is my therapy session that I do a lot of soul searching without music on the radio.
