What are some good questions to ask during an interview to learn more if the organization is a good fit?
Some questions I was considering were:
Why are you looking to fill this role?
Can you give me an example of how you supported an employee tasked with a challenging assignment or project?
though I think these could be worded differently? Any other ideas? Thank you.

What do you expect this person to achieve in 30-60-90 days in the role?
Is this position a replacement, addition, or a non-budgeted replacement?
Ask some questions that align your experience with the key points of the role as well.

Great questions so far. I will add, "On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 meaning 'high', what is your organization's tolerance for change? Describe your rating". Also, I do my research first, I ask specific questions and tie them back to my qualifications. For example, if the company just won a new contract, I might ask, "What is strategic for this win and what differentiated this company from other competitors?"
