I am in need of a new job.

I work remotely and I love my job but I feel shunned. I am not part of anything at work. Everyone has meetings and learning new things not me. I just do random things that I have schedule on my own to maintain me busy. I brought it up to my manager she said from her side of things she don’t see what I see. She also said that I probably feel like that because I’m working remotely. None of this is true. I’m an operations analyst. I’m not even training anyone or doing anything I’m supposed to do. I’m a filler for another coworker when she is off or training new people. I use to have good relationship with my coworker and all of the sudden they are climbing the ladder and no one speak to me. I don’t know what I did wrong. All I know is I’m back in school and since then I’m not part of the team. I don’t want to be in a place where I’m not allowed to be myself. I work really hard and this is my third position at work. My mom said they could be Kelly’s because non of them have bachelors. I think they are just mean and I am not a brown noser so I leave it be. I have associate in accounting and I will finish my Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in finance in 2026. I need help finding another job and or a mentor. Any assistance will be appreciated.
