Dear Recruiters,
Would you please be respectful of candidates time and if YOU can't make the scheduled time for a meeting, reach out and let them know.
Getting back to a candidate when they reach out to you 15 minutes after the scheduled time to say "Oh I'm on a call", gives them the impression that you are not reliable and you aren't the person to be relied on to help them with their career.
Also, don't be surprised when they aren't available at your behest.

Benefits for hourly employees?
I work as a recruiter for a relatively small employer (about 50 employees) The CEO asked me my opinion about not giving health, PTO, and holiday benefits to our hourly full-time employees in an effort to cut costs. She wants only salaried employees to have benefits.
I gave her my take on this and am curious about yours (pros and cons) especially those in HR.
