This is going to sound terribly negative, and I apologize in advance. I mean it only as constructive criticism. You are looking for assistance from others, and are only presenting yourself virtually, you should make every effort to ensure that you are "putting your best foot forward."
Here, you say, "Hello Boss Ladys..." The plural of "lady" would be "ladies."
Further, you say that you have tried "a lot of things," but you don't elucidate further. If you are asking for advice, you are asking for someone to take time from what they are doing to HELP you. It would behoove you to provide all the information that you can in order to not waste the time of anyone willing to help.
I can understand your frustration in job hunting, but really, you need to polish your presentation and efforts.
