I have been on STD (don’t qualify for FMLA because I’ve only been with the company since the beginning of June) since November. I and working on getting disability approval since my last approval date was Dec 29. I know that my company legally doesn’t have to hold my job for me since I’m not on FMLA and yesterday I saw that a team member of mine looked at my LinkedIn profile. Am I overreacting to be anxious about this? Is this a sign they are looking to let me go? Would they tell me before I return to work?
