I pursuing a bachelors in Biology and I want to help the world with genetic disease laboratory research and make a decent amount to support my family. The problem is, while I love the science and helping people aspects, I HATE presenting in front of people. I know that any great researcher would have to present research findings, and I would even be required to do so for graduate school. I am hoping someone can suggest a way that I can help the world with science while being behind the scenes in the laboratory, maybe just working to help someone else's research and not having to present. I need a plan of action considering what level of education I should have as well. Any suggestions you may have on eliminating the need to present or defend my own research would be greatly appreciated. Any Job title suggestions would be really helpful as well.
