I gave my employer 1 month's notice to be considerate and to make the transition process easier.
But the day after I let my boss know that a coworker had, once again, used vulgar language extremely demeaning to women, I was told that day was my last . . . I did get paid through the date I had given notice, but this employer seems willing to (A) maintain a hostile work environment, and (B) punish people who whistle blow, to the expense of his business.
No training for my replacement.
