Do you dread or love Sunday evenings?

The night before many start the workweek again is either filled with dread, or excitement. Which do you experience?

I don't think I ever dread Sundays. I am always bummed that the weekend is over so quickly. But it comes down to how much you enjoy your job. If you have a feeling of dread, I would say you probably have to look at what you are doing and if your job is making you feel this way. If so, can you do anything about it? You only have 2 days of a weekend and 5 of the weekday so you cant let that feeling last all week.

I love them. My husband and I spend our day in the kitchen, baking, making Sunday Supper (yeah, it's a thing for us) and prepping things for meals throughout the week. At night we wind down and relax, setting a good tone to start the week.

I used to dread them, but now I'm okay! I started a new job recently and I'm excited to be there when I wake up in the morning. It's WEIRD.

I wouldn't say it's dread, but it's definitely a bummed out feeling that the weekend is over.

I dread Sundays and love Fridays.

Neither, it's more like a transitional time getting my mind in the right place for the upcoming week.

I sometimes feel a bit down on Sundays just because the weekend is over. But I recently got a new job that I love, so that has helped the Sunday Scaries.
