So my plan is that this Spring 2021, I will be returning to school to obtain my AS in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.
Background information about me: I'm married mother of two biological kids and one bonus child. The bonus child is very special needs, he's 15 years old but has the mentality of a 4 year old. We are in the process of getting him more assistance.
I also run a home based business basically making macro/meal plans for weight loss surgery patients, as well as training plans, as well as I also sell portion control containers.
Has anyone ever tried to balance family, work and school, as well as keep up on your own health and wellness? Unfortunately me being in shape and keeping healthy is a part of what I do so that's a big must. Just looking for any tips or tricks anyone may have. Thank you :)
