i work at a family owned business.
It’s a really toxic environment. I’ve been offered another job and accepted. Gave notice and they want me to stay. I already spoke to one partner and the other is going to speak to me this week. There are aspects of my current job tgat I really love but the level of toxicity is next level. I know they are going to counteroffer. What would you do/say in this meeting? There are people at this place that just don’t like me. I’ve spoken to partner about this person twice but he always defends her. Worth talking to or no?
