Why is it so hard for me to find a great job with a great company??
This is mostly just me venting, but feel free to leave any advice.
The last 6 years have not been good for me. From moving to being fired, I've had the crappiest luck with work that anyone could have. I've held 5 jobs since 2014, which also happens to be the longest job (2 years) I've had up until 2018. I'm not a job hopper, I've had fairly legitimate reasons for all of my jobs changes. Now, I'm facing possible termination at my current job of just over a year due to the death of my Father and a really horrible attendance and VTO policy.
I'm studying for my Bachelor's in Web Development, and I know that once I'm done in the next year and a half I will have more options available to me. It's that thought that keeps me from losing hope altogether, but everyday at this job keeps chipping away at that hope. I'll be so happy to get out of this stuck feeling I've been having.
Thank you for allowing me the space to vent.
