How do you know if you are burnt out, and what do you do about it?
I've been feeling really burnt out at work. I work a ton of hours and no matter how much I work, I can't get everything done. I feel like in my life I'm operating at 30% - I can't remember things, I can't sleep, I'm stressed all of the time, I don't have time to work out, and on top of all of that, I have a huge sales quota to hit. Does anyone have any advice on how I know if I am/what I should do?
