Guru. It’s an organic energy drink. Go for the “lite” which only has about 10 calories. I can’t drink coffee without adding a bunch of extra stuff to it, so this helps me get the caffeine I need without gaining a bunch of weight.

I have several must haves in the morning. First is my all natural blood sugar balancing supplement, one -two cups of coffee. I don't think I need coffee for energy but I like the rituals of it. Cup of organic bone broth, a cup of water with ACV , around noon I have an all natural supplement that helps with mental clarity and increases nitric oxide and on top of all that, about 100 ounces of water!

Exactly! Your like of coffee for the ritual is exactly why I love matcha so much. I get to drink out of a bowl and use a bamboo whisk to turn water into a deep green color. What a way to start the day for us both.

Supposedly, it's beneficial for your nails, bones, etc and hydrolyzed collagen is a form that's really easy to digest (and dissolves in water). Who knows if it works but I think it does something maybe!

For the most part, that keeps them at bay. I need extra help around TOM so I keep 12 oz bottles of Gatorade handy. I find if I feel one coming on, I can take 800mg of ibuprophen and pound a Gatorade and take a nap with a cold pack over my eyes to a fair result.

I’m not great with drinking enough water so last month I set myself a rule to drink 18oz of water while getting ready for work. I’ve been sticking to it ever since.
