Woman to woman is it still called Mansplaining???

I have a manger who repeats everything I say weather it’s via Email or phone call basically any open public form in which she is not either not directly asked or has to ask me to answer. I dint think much of it but now with zoom meeting pick up in emails and team callls it’s getting to be a bit much. Is this Womansplaning?? Is there a term for this ? What is the best way to approach this. I feel like if I speak up it might get worse
