I have recently found a really easy way for my kids to be able to fend for themselves, without making them eat junk food- i buy chicken breast tenders in a large 2-3 lb tray. I marinate 1/3 in buffalo sauce, 1/3 in lemon pepper marinade, and leave the other 1/3 plain; just salt, pepper and a little garlic. I grill all of it, and keep wraps, blue cheese dressing, chopped lettuce, salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream on hand. They can build whatever they want; wrap, salad, sandwiches. This way, I know they're taking care of themselves without eating junk. Whats your "go to" to get your kids eating healthy??
