Within the last year I've been experiencing small injuries that are just big enough to nag/irritate me. Small things like: Lower back strain or a small pain in my knees. I'm 29-year-old but I swear I feel like a 90-year-old sometimes. I try to educate myself on how these things come about to prevent myself from slightly injuring myself again but my mood goes from really high to super low and sad! Has anyone gone through a large/small injury that prevents you from being as active as you want? Also any tips or coping mechanisms would be much appreciated!
