the CEO of my company hit on me

When I was an intern, the CEO of my company hit on me at the company party and I never told anyone. When I didn't get an offer after the summer, I never really knew why - they said all the right things, but I always wondered if it was because he said something negative about me. I'm still ashamed I didn't speak up but I didn't see how I could.
