Waking up early

Any advice that you can give me so that I can wake up early and go to work on time?

Go to bed early!! Exercise...walk....if you have to in order to get sleepy enough to go to sleep earlier! Also, get up at the same time and leave the house at the same time every morning -- that keeps me on time. I get up and 5 am and I have to be in bed by 9 to feel great the next day. I prefer staying up until 11 or 12, but that just doesn't cut it if I want to get up on time.

Hi, Nina! Not knowing the background, I'm curious if there is any "pre-work" that could be done in the evening to help you sleep better and be able to wake up more easily in the mornings. Sleep hygiene might improve the quality of your sleep so you are more well rested: no screens for an hour before bed, a bedtime meditation (I have a couple that are wonderful, message me if interested!), reading, making sure that your bedroom is set up for good sleep (e.g. white noise, blackout shades)...these may all add up to easier wake ups in the morning. I hope this helps!

I have the same problem! No matter what I do it’s like something comes over me in the morning and I don’t get up
