I've been w/ my current co. a month and there's a lot of change happening because the co. was sold to another entity.
The corp. office is hiring for a new executive director as the previous one was fired during the transition. They have asked all the managers to be apart of the interview process which I think is great, as this person will become our new boss, and our interim director will go back into his role as Regional VP and the new executive director will be reporting to him. A lot of the managers have been here 6 mos or less, and so we've been through the good and bad of the transition, but have a really good working relationship with each other.
As I prepare to interview this person, what types of questions should I ask? I want to make sure the individual's management and communication styles will mesh well w/ my work style as we will work extremely close together. We're also formulating a new culture here, and I hope that we continue to grow and remain positive.
